Out back there’s a private hot tub, a fire pit and a putting green; upstairs, a balcony with a view. Game room with Xbox and PlayStation, huge fully stocked kitchen, BBQ patio, washer/dryer. Safe, walkable neighborhood in The Nations, minutes from downtown — cheaper to Uber to Broadway than it is to park.
