Located in South East Nashville, this home is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville’s honky-tonks. Yet, it’s just a 5 minute drive from the airport. 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. And 5 minutes to Opryland 

Hermitage House even features parking for up to 8 vehicles. And if driving is not your thing, we are a short walk to bus stops and the Music City Star Commuter Rail. For $2 you can get downtown for less than parking your own vehicle there. We are also a very short drive away from trendy East Nashville.

A stunning 3 story Townhouse

Our complex  is surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing on your own private balcony. The property also features an off leash dog park so bring your fur babies with you at no additional charge. 

We own five units in this complex and all of them are connected to each other.

So whether you are planning a bachelor or bachelorette party, a family reunion or a group of friends that would like to vacation together, we have the unit for you. With five units available, you can potentially sleep up to fifty people. Be sure to plan well in advance as our units fill up fast and finding several units available on short notice can be a problem. 

Living Spaces

Hermitage House features a spacious full-sized living room. With the cozy open floor plan that flows into the gourmet kitchen you can entertain your family friend with ease. You also have your own private and furnished balcony just off of the living room.

There is also a finished and fully furnished garage with two large comfortable couches. A full sized refrigerator, a bar/drink table and numerous gaming stations. Including Air Hockey, Ping Pong Table, foosball and a smart TV. Think of this as your own personal game room.

Kitchen and Baths

The kitchen features contemporary cabinetry and quartz countertops with an under-mount sink. All of the appliances are stainless steel with a side by side refrigerator with an automatic ice maker. The unit includes a very convenient dishwasher and separate coffee station. The kitchen also has a large peninsula that doubles as a meal prep station and has stools on the living room side to act as a bar/eating area  

Hermitage House features three full sized bathrooms and a powder room on the main living floor. The master bath has his and her sinks with quartz countertops and under-mount sinks. Two bathrooms feature walk in shower stalls while the third bath has a bathtub.

Hermitage House has three bedrooms. All of which have queen sized beds. With 2 regular couches and a large sectional couch, you could sleep up to ten people in this unit. Each bed has solid frames with high quality mattresses, pillows, linens and blankets for your use. Each bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

For your convenience, Hermitage House comes with a laundry room that contains a full sized washer and dryer. The laundry comes complete with shelving and is large enough to act as a storage unit for any luggage.
