The second floor is primed for family living and entertaining, feel at ease by the open and spacious family living area flowing seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen. The bold kitchen featuring chic fixtures and sophisticated cabinetry is more than a space to cook; it’s a place to create, gather, and make memories. Enjoy the fresh air with balcony space conveniently off of the living room. To help keep life organized, you will find a laundry room on the second floor as well with a half bath.

On the third floor unwind in your safe haven – at the top of the stairs find two queen bedrooms with jack& jill shower. Down the hall there is a primary suite that encourages tranquility with a neutral color palette and plenty of natural light. The ensuite bathroom invites you inside to experience luxurious features and modern finishes, perfect for a rejuvenating escape. Every bedroom is complete with a TV for entertainment.

Is available at all Day Drinking Property homes. Tons of parking is available at this property. This is a NEW neighborhood and the homes currently have “No Construction Parking” signs in front. You CAN park there. Signs are to keep construction equipment and workers building new homes in the community from using our spaces.
